iMed Prime Optimization Group LLC is a Managed Services Organization (MSO) providing administrative, digital, and operational infrastructure to support the delivery of high-performance metabolic health programs.

iMed Prime Optimization Group LLC is not a clinical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not employ or supervise the physicians or healthcare professionals who provide clinical care.

All medical evaluations, clinical protocols, diagnostic testing, and medication prescribing are conducted independently by licensed healthcare professionals and medical practices affiliated with Bask Health. All clinical decision-making remains solely within the discretion of those independent practitioners. iMed Prime Optimization Group LLC’s role is strictly limited to the provision of management services, including administrative coordination, software support, and operational logistics, in accordance with applicable laws governing the corporate practice of medicine.
